Terms of Service

This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by AtoZ AI Solutions ("we," "us," or "the Company"). By engaging AtoZ AI Solutions for any service, or by accessing or using the Site in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through it. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with engagement or continue using the Site.

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service or impose new conditions on use of the Site at any time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

AtoZ AI Solutions provides custom AI-powered digital products and services including websites, AI agents, workflow automations, and related consulting. All deliverables are defined in a written project brief or proposal agreed upon by both parties.

Upon receipt of full payment for a project, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables. AtoZ AI Solutions retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks used remain subject to their respective licenses.

This Site and all materials available on it are the property of AtoZ AI Solutions and/or its affiliates or licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Site is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, sell, or create derivative works from any material on the Site without our authorization — except that you may download or print individual pages for personal, non-commercial use, provided all copyright and proprietary notices remain intact.

By posting or submitting any material to us via the Site (including comments, messages, or other content), you represent that you own the material or have obtained the necessary permissions, and you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display that material.

The client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate project requirements and timely feedback.
• Supplying necessary assets (logos, copy, credentials) on time.
• Ensuring all content provided does not infringe third-party rights.

Projects are billed on a milestone basis as outlined in the project proposal. Invoices are due within 5 business days of issuance. Late payments may result in a pause of work.

AtoZ AI Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use delivered products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.

Throughout the Site, we may provide links to internet sites maintained by third parties. Linking to such third-party sites does not imply an endorsement or sponsorship of those sites or the information, products, or services offered on or through them.

The information, products, and services offered on or through the Site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AtoZ AI Solutions, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claims, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your breach of any obligation, warranty, or representation under these Terms of Service.

Certain sections of the Site may allow you to purchase products or services from third-party vendors. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, timeliness, reliability, or any other aspect of these products and services. Your dealings with any third-party vendor linked through the Site are solely between you and that party, and AtoZ AI Solutions is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result.

To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately at business@atozaisolutions.com. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 7 days written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly. Deposits and milestone payments already made are non-refundable.

We also reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in conduct we deem inappropriate or unlawful. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Site and any content obtained from it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with AtoZ AI Solutions through our website at atozaisolutions.com or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.

Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Support Information: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or reach out directly to business@atozaisolutions.com or call 343-501-2188 during business hours.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.

Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

Privacy Policy: For privacy-related inquiries, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with its effective date.
