Terms of Service

By engaging AtozAI Solutions for any service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with engagement.

AtozAI Solutions provides custom AI-powered digital products and services including websites, AI agents, workflow automations, and related consulting. All deliverables are defined in a written project brief or proposal agreed upon by both parties.

Upon receipt of full payment for a project, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables. AtozAI Solutions retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks used remain subject to their respective licenses.

The client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate project requirements and timely feedback.
• Supplying necessary assets (logos, copy, credentials) on time.
• Ensuring all content provided does not infringe third-party rights.

Projects are billed on a milestone basis as outlined in the project proposal. Invoices are due within 5 business days of issuance. Late payments may result in a pause of work.

AtozAI Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use delivered products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 7 days written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly. Deposits and milestone payments already made are non-refundable.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
