Refund Policy

1. Project-Based Work

All services provided by AtozAI Solutions are custom, project-based engagements. Due to the nature of creative and technical work, we operate on a milestone-based payment structure.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Work has not yet commenced on the agreed deliverables.
  • AtozAI Solutions fails to deliver the agreed scope of work without cause.
  • A refund is mutually agreed upon in writing between both parties.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Payments are non-refundable in the following cases:

  • Work has been delivered in accordance with the agreed brief.
  • Client changes the scope of the project after work has begun.
  • Client fails to provide required materials or feedback within the agreed timeline.
  • Milestone payments already accepted upon delivery of that milestone.

4. How to Request a Refund

Submit your refund request in writing to business@atozaisolutions.com within 7 days of the disputed transaction. We will respond within 3 business days.

5. Disputes

We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and professionally. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated through appropriate legal channels in the jurisdiction of Ontario, Canada.
